Original Woodbrook Owners May Have a Lifetime Warranty on Windows!
Do your windows appear to have condensation between the panes? Do they look like there's an oil-slick or rainbow looking film on them, or have a foggy look about them?  These may both be signs of a failed vapor seal. Some windows have gas between the panes that escapes when the vapor seal fails and it may allow the deglazing done at manufacture to be visible outside. These various symptoms can be unsightly but more importantly may render your windows non-energy-efficient. You could see increased heating and/or cooling bills.

If you are the original homeowner of your Woodbrook home, one of your neighbors shared with us this information that may be helpful. The window manufacturer is Jeld-Wen Windows. Schneider Homes used them in all the new construction homes. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windows to the initial owner, so be sure to contact them if you have received an HOA notice to repair your windows, as you may be able to get the repairs done at no cost to you!

There's a link at the bottom of the Jeld-Wen site above that you can click for replacement of warrantied windows.
