Vintage Hills HOA BOD Meeting

Following the HOA Meeting

Open Forum

1. We need to replace Lee. 
1. We voted to have Chrisy have voting power by appointing her to Lee's Vacated Director seat
2. Eydie suggested we have a “trainee” to take on an officer role like Chrisy had, and get one going
3. Jessi, Jeff, Katie and Carl will stay in place
2. Volunteer of the year Award
1. We need to decide if it will be a non-board member and the amount. (mgt note--was this voted on and amt decided?)
3. Earth Day volunteer
1. Kickdown the book house & the mailboxes
4. Why are the rules and CC&R’s not ready to go?
1. We need to take a look at CC&Rs and figure out what we need to add more clarity. 
2. Run it by an attorney what still needs help
3. Fee structure/Rule structure is not the same but Eydie suggests we change them at the same time. Rules and Regulations- 
4. We need volunteers to help with reporting homeowners that are breaking the rules. 
5. Consistency and follow up- things need to change. We need to find a way to tighten the standards. 
6. Do we hire a service? 
1. That can provide a drive through service to report violations
7. What we need to do is have quarterly meetings-
1. March 28th- Eydie will send a meeting link

8. Easter planning
1. Chrisy will send out a message on FB to loop in some days for the Easter event and asking about volunteers. 
5. Chrisy will get an updated quote for the mailboxes so we can vote and get them moving for us to vote on.
1. $44,633.00 was the last quote for everything to replace 12 boxes. 

Minutes from November board meeting were approved, and votes taken between meetings from 11.9.2023 to 1.31.24 were ratified to be entered into minutes.
